A miso ramen specialty shop in Ebisu featuring a special miso soup made by blending five types of raw miso without heating. Plenty of back fat melts with the saltiness of the miso, creating a rich and sweet flavor like butter ramen. The noodles are custom-made from Asakusa Kaikaro with tapioca flour for a chewy texture. Low-temperature cooked char siu is also excellent.
