A long-established ramen shop with a history of over 25 years. Serves medicinal ramen called “Konomi-kei,” which originated in Nagoya. The soup is characterized by its deep flavor, made by simmering root vegetables, pork bones, chicken bones, seafood, and other ingredients for a long time. The thick and tender chashu (braised pork) is popular, and people often line up before the shop opens to get the chashu-men.
